Cozy apartment in downtown Sofia - Tsar Samuil Street

My stay at Cozy apartment in downtown Sofia Tsar Samuel Street couldn’t have been better. Centrally located in the older part of Sofia it was walking distance to most monuments and sights and approximately 300 meters to the Serdica metro station giving easy access to and from the airport. A short distance from Serdica Station is Vitosha Blvd. I had booked many tours and most meeting points for the tours were a 5 to 10 minute walk. There were two supermarkets close by and a place that sold roast chickens and wraps a mere 40 meters away. The apartment itself is clean and well decorated with everything you’d need for a home away from home. But, the greatest thing about the apartment was the host Plamen. He responded to queries quickly and was helpful with suggestions. When I had a problem because checkout was much earlier than my booked ride to the airport he let me extend my stay by a few hours. Other little touches went above and beyond most places. In the kitchen was a bowl of fruit for me to enjoy and chocolates to satisfy my sweet tooth. I had a wonderful stay at Cozy apartment on Tsar Samuil Street and if I return to Sofia one day, this is where I’d choose to stay.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was perfect.

We liked the location, it was easy to walk to the sights & Vitosha Boulevard. It was an easy (20 min) walk from the bus station and there's a convenient metro station very close by which takes you straight to the airport. The bed & couch were comfortable & there's also a washing machine. We appreciated the coffee machine & treats the host had left for us. Good communication with the host also. There are stairs to be aware of, if this would be an issue for you.

The apartment was very clean, we have everything needed. Perfect location close to central metro station (Serdika) and city center. Definitely recommend!

El apartamento está genial, no le falta de nada, calentito, al lado del metro y en pleno centro, la cama comodísima, las habitaciones grandes. Como da a un patio es tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para descansar. Tenía cafetera, infusiones y café

Lo único que no tiene ascensor, para que lo tengan en cuenta si hay personas que le supone dificultad subir por las escaleras o llevan una maleta muy pesada

Easy communication with the owner, clear check-in instructions. Excellent location in the city center, close to metro station SERDIKA and the Women's Market.

Les instructions pour le check-in autonome étaient très claires, avec photos à l'appui. L'appartement est situé à 3 minutes à pieds de la station de métro Serdika, en plein du centre de Sofia, au calme, spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé, au 2e étage sans ascenseur, avec un petit balcon donnant sur cour. Les produits de toilettes ainsi que la lessive et les condiments de base pour la cuisine sont fournis. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

El edificio es auténtico, es difícil encontrar un lugar con tanta personalidad y a la vez tan bien preparado para que estés agusto, tiene absolutamente de todo y además está bien ubicado , al lado de la zona más turística y del metro que te conecta con el aeropuerto.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades y muy limpio. Nos gustó el detalle de cápsulas de café y bombones de bienvenida. Se encuentra a un paseo del centro. El metro con linea directa al aeropuerto está a cinco minutos.

La calle del apartamento necesita que la arreglen.
