Studio Talisman II

Everything started out great, the host provided detailed info on the location and keys. The place was overall clean and all the facilities shown in the pictures correspond to reality. The bed was comfy.

Initial impressions didn't last. The first night we found out that the AC was not working. This was around 22:00, I contacted the host and did all the troubleshooting steps he proposed. The AC was still blowing cold air. Keep in mind outside temps were dropping to below 12 degrees. I asked the host for a solution and was told that it is too late to find a technician or a solution. At this point this property is not fit for living for most people and if we were not originally from Sofia (had a water problem at home and had to leave for 3-4 days) we would not be able to remain and sleep in the apartment. I went home and took a space heater, the host promised to fix the AC on the next day. The next day passed and in the evening I tested the AC again - not working. Contacted the host and what I got as an answer really sealed my review. The technician couldn't come and might come tomorrow or the day after. This was unacceptable behavior. We stuck with our space heater for the next two nights and left. So now for the extra bits: The couch is old, the Iron had wires sticking out, the ironing bord was old and crumply, the shower cover was broken and had black spots, the walls and ceilings had some spider webs. All of these are minor inconveniences but coupled with the lack of support make it a no go for me in the future.
