The host was very helpful and we were very satisfied. Good location, the center is near. The room was clean. :)

I once promised myself that I would never make a bad review on any accomodation on this platform, as a result of the respect I have to people that "serve" the tourist industry, coming from a peak touristic greek island myself. This time I cannot stay indifferent. The most important observations are the following: Owner was fast and direct with the opening instructions of the accommodation. Average neighbourhood. NOT a private bathroom (as referred in the description). You had to share it with the other rooms of the same floor as yours. Above average renovated room in a building of rooms. Full of dust. Unfortunately I'm allergic to dust and I could really sense in the air, on the floor, on the pillow, everywhere. Not cleaned properly. Not sound proof. I could literally hear everyone when coming in, when bumping the doors, when coming up the stairs. The accommodation needs so many improvements in order to keep up with the tourist industry.

The room is exactly as shown, bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is also great.

The bathroom is not inside the room and the shower could be also separated a bit, but otherwise it was good. The bathroom is private even though it is not inside the rented room, so I was very content with that.

First class! I highly recommend this budget hotel, it is exceptional in that the rooms have an excellent layout with bright uplifting modern cutting-edge decor. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful. And most importantly, the building is spotlessly clean, which is not usually the case with this level of hotel. The facilities such as the bathroom, the Wi-Fi, the television, the air conditioning unit, and the washing machine are a high standard.. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for walking to Sofia's' top tourist attractions, great restaurants and shops.

Bathroom is separated with hallway and not locked in meantime so doesn’t seems like private but shared.
