The situation was really good. The apartment was quiet. Lots of nice little touches to make us feel welcome

I thought I had booked 2 bed 2 bath, it seemed not. Sadly the mattress cover and fitted sheet did not fit the comfy bed, an easy thing to rectify.

Spacious, modern, quiet apartment in central location. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

The apartment was clean, offered all the necessities for an overnight stay. Cannot complain about anything

Parking was extremely tight. You're better off to park in a public garage, even if it's more expensive.

The property was very central, clean, comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Free parking was very much appreciated

The apartment is located in the very center of town with the main sights and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also the apartment is quite spacious with a large living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom.

The interior of the apartment felt a little cheap and a little overrated. Be careful with the advertised parking though. For an apartment that is advertised with two (!) pictures of garages it comes as quite a surprise when after your booking you contact the owner and he tells you that there is no parking available because "you didn't reserve it early enough". I found it really unfriendly that he acted like it is my fault that he has rented out the parking, that is explicitly shown in the images to somebody else instead. As a "solution" he sent me a link to a website of a garage, which cost more than 21€ for less than 24h of parking. As others here have reported non-availability the owner's parking before, I advise you to take the external expensive parking into account.

The apartment is really nice and clean. It’s in the center of the town but also very quiet. The host met us on the street because we were a bit lost, and helped us with everything. They left us some water, wine and olive oil. Coffee as well and popcorn maker with popcorn.

Great location in the new town, but only a few minutes walk to the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby (but we weren’t affected by noise at all). All sorts of kitchen gadgets which would be useful if staying for a long time. The owner also left cava, chocolate, water and other bits which was very much appreciated. There was secure parking nearby which was a bonus.

We had to pay a little bit more for parking than intended as we were told our car would be too big for the car park advertised as part of the property - a little annoying but the other car park was at the end of the street and easy to find so not a disaster! We also felt quite cold the first night as we couldn’t figure out the thermostat settings, but once we did we found the flat very cosy. Overall a very good stay though, and I have already recommended the place to a couple of people!

Location was good (though Ronda is a small town so hard to have a bad location), overall apartment was quite generous in size, host provided some snacks and a small bottle of wine as a welcome which was a nice touch, the closest and drawers were very spacious with lots of room to hang clothes, room temperature in the kitchen / living area easy to control, easy access to the apartment through various codes (ie can check in anytime)

Hot water in shower was a bit difficult to manage, toilet seat was loose, shower itself wasn't the cleanest, washing machine but no supplies (and host ignored me after I mentioned this), personally thought bed was soft, sofa was dirty, furniture was cheap (ie tile floors and chairs with metal legs that the plastic had worn down so every time you sat it sounded like nails on a chalkboard), room temperature in bedroom a bit difficult to work out, hallway when you enter the complex is dark af and the switch it quite far away
