"Superb"

The owners were super nice and friendly and provided everything we needed. There is no lift and the apartment is not on the ground floor, they were nice enough to help us with our luggage and provide us with anything we needed. The original apartment that we booked was not available due to water issues so they put us in another apartment that was brand new. They had two AC units for both the living room and bedroom which was very welcome since it hit 40C degrees while we were there. We had a very pleasant and lovely stay in Sofia!
