Apartamento Mandala - Centro Ronda

We liked the location. Very convenient, next to the old city.

The owners could have been more hands on. We didn't have hot water for three days. We also had to turn the breakers on for the apartment when we arrived. The dish washer was full of dishes. They asked us to change the propane tank for the hot water supply, and then the tank was empty. After three days of hot water complications they brought new tanks and we finally had hot water.

Loved walking into this apartment! Just as shown on the pictures. Fabulous location. Easy to walk to everything! Easy check in etc., But the apartment itself was fabulous. Would recommend!

Host was not quick to respond and sometimes didn’t respond at all. That was a bit sad. But otherwise all good.

Great location for sightseeing and quiet. We were glad of the helpful advice re parking and getting WiFi to work.

The hot water was a bit hit and miss. No soap or facilities for dishwasher provided but these were minor issues.

The apartment is very comfortable with a great heating system and located very close to the places we wanted to visit.

The owner has contacted us in advance to arrange the handover of the keys. Easy and quick contact with the owner. The apartment is very cosy, well decorated and equipped. It is located close to tourist attractions, restaurants, drink bars and shops.

A slight misunderstanding of how hot water works for a shower. It is not the fault of the owner, but the city's organization - it is difficult to find a parking space, the entire city center is prohibited from parking.
