This is an outstanding apartment. Marble and parquet floors. Nice divan and TV with streaming services. VERY well equipped kitchen with a proper hob and oven. Large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses - one with a four-poster bed! Lots of hot water in the shower.

Well decorated and cozy. Great location and close to many restaurants.

Currently the street is under construction but not a major hurdle.

Great location. Apartment looks as pictured, the furnishing is quite nice - not the usual "flat for rent" basic IKEA stuff. Fully equipped kitchen, sufficient to prepare and serve a proper meal. Access with the key lock was seamless :), wifi works well. Decent hair drier is provided, as well as toiletries and tablets for the dishwasher.

The apartment does show some signs of wear and tear and - stained walls, broken flooring in the kitchen area, holes in the bed's canopy, the lock of the bathroom door is broken as well. You could tell the cleaning service has been superficial for quite some time, the balcony was covered in dust (and not only) plus the setup is not great for hanging laundry. What I found rather off-putting was the sofa's upholstery - already stained here and there, but on top of that it was covered with animal hairs, I'd guess from previous guests with a pet. It was not cleaned at all and we resorted to covering it with a blanket we found in the wardrobe (also dirty so had to wash it), but still hairs stuck on our clothes to the extent the laundry would come out soiled. The vacuum was incorrectly assembled and blocked with dirt, we had to clean it in order to use it.

No shades in the bedroom, so it gets pretty bright, pretty early, and disturbs sleep.

Apartment was clean and modern. It is a good distance from the main strip and Centrica metro station. The neighbourhood is quiet as well. One note, please don't be put off by the exterior! I'll admit arriving and seeing the block that the apartment was in and expecting the worst, but rest assured these were totally unfounded. Great place, I'll definitely use again if I return to Sofia in the future.

Only very minor, the pillows for the beds weren't great, that's about it.

The air conditioners were in excellent working order, and the espresso machine functioned properly. Additionally, the coffee provided by our host was delicious.

Although the building entrance and stairs were a bit worn and in need of repairs, the house itself was satisfactory. Given its price, we had hoped for a better overall experience. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable.

Bright and warm. Very clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need.
