Elegant & Stylish 2 Bedroom Top Central Apartment

A cozy, compact and clean apartment within walking distance of the city center. 2 separate bedrooms as promised. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment on the corner of a small street, the instructions were clear. Shops on Vitosha Boulevard nearby and interesting small shops, markets, etc. in the same distance in the other direction. Sights of the city also a short walk away. We liked a lot.

Small side tables for suitcases would be a good addition.

Very loud outside apartment at all hours. Made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Not the apartments fault but people should know and bring ear plugs

I couldn´t get the lock box open to get the keys and the owner did not offer any kind of solution for my entering the apartment.. A passer by helped me open the door so I finally had access. I sent him a message two days ago asking what I should do with the keys if I could not open the lock box to return them. I couldn´t get it open so I still have the keys which I had offered to send to him on my last message., but he never got back to me. Also a walk up of 50 steps is difficult when hauling suitcases up and dow.

Good location and facilities. Kitchen and laundry facilities were convenient.

Add a note in the directions that the street is across from the 'Rabbit Hole' bar. The tram controller was rude and threatening and ruined our stay in Sofia. The city should be tolerant to tourists who may not know all the transit rules. Will not visit Sofia again.

It was our second time in this apartment. We loved the decor, the location, the cleanliness of the apartment in the first time, and were happy to see the availability this time. Apartment is stylish, good size, has some leftovers from previous guests (oil, sugar, coffee etc) that is great

Property is still great, but when we checked in at 3pm it was not yet clean. We waited for 2 hours in the restaurant keeping the suitcases in the apartment. Minor inconvenience but it was Sunday, maybe it affected the “processing time” between guests This time we noticed som mold at the ceiling in the bathroom, need to be taken care if - might be an issue for the sensitive people.

renovated , well furnished , has a washing machine Had difficulties on finding the number but when we called the gentleman on the line helped us very fast was silent and was at very good location was comfortable enough for 4 people

towels were smelling, I guess they are reused again and again without washing, when I did the laundry for towels the smell disappeared and the colour has changed from ivory to white. I dropped my earring under the bed and the dust under the bed I saw was like I don’t know, not cleaned for months. Under the bed was easy to see and easy to clean but was full of dust like someone put all the vacuum cleaning dust bin under the bed instead of the trash bin. I think cleaning service should be quality checked time by time.
