Apartment Opalchenska / Pirotska

It's a nice apartment that can accommodate 3 guests. The kitchen and washer/dryer are great, furniture looks like new. The building is located in a corner right across a park with an old church, the view form the balcony was great. Metro station just 100 meters away. Its soviet style elevators were there before the subway was built (to make them run you need to keep pressing the start button!). Two blocks away you have the largest shopping mall in Sofia, including a well stocked supermarket in the basement.

Can't find anything wrong.

Easy and quick communication with the property manager, great location, easy to get to from the airport. The apartment has all conveniences for a short trip, and I really mean all - coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, proper glasses and mugs, salt (I know, it's a simple thing but often there's none and it kills me!), washing machine and dryer, and even a full tray of ice in the freezer! Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful!

The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of the city which is a great advantage for sightseeing and eating out. Tram stop on the doorstep and Metro station 3 min away. Inside is comfortable and quiet despite being on a street with some (not much) traffic. Also thumbs up to the specialist secure entrance door. And it is definitely value for money. All in all, a solid ‘superb’ rating from me.

No Air Con in the bedroom and the one in the living room is little bit dated and not powerful enough.

the apartment is beautiful. Very close to the metro station (100 meters). With every appliance needed.
