Top Center Vintage Sofia Condo

Well, I was in doubt if i have to leave a review, or not, but at last i decided to write it I have never writen a review like this before, where I give a high score for the property, but at the same time i will not reccomend it. Here I will explain why. The positive things: The apartment is in a top location in Sofia city center. The owner of the flat is very friendly, and I guess very helpfull if you need some help. The apartment is clean, and design is tastefull. Internet work fine, and there is tv with many channels

I dont like only one thing, but it is very important. The apartment is very danger to stay in, cause is build in different highness, and stages. Nearly all levels are so low that you need to wach out every time you walk around. I am about 180cm high, I knew I have to be carefull in some places in the apartment, but as soon I forgot it hapens 2 times to me to hit the head (even it was not that strong hit to me both times). Unfortunatelly, my friend was not so lucky. The last day before we leave he went to take shower in the ground level, and hit the head very bad, and get a lot of bleeding. The floor in the both bathrooms is like ice. They should be made from another material. All in all, we could not relax during our stay as we needed to wach all time both not to hit our heads or not to fall over some feet trins. I dont know how are the Bulgarian rules and standarts, but in the country where I live this apartment will never get permit for living. It is a pitty cause the owner is very friendly, and you can see once you enter that she try to do all she can in order to make it nice for her guests. But, it is not enough. We will never come back, and I can not reccomend this place

Excellent apartment. Location close to the center of the old city, 10 to 15 minutes walk. There are three levels, one level at the entrance from the street, a lower level with spiral stairs and an upper level with spiral stairs. On the entrance level there is a small kitchen, a small living room through which you also go to the kitchen and bedroom, on the lower level a bedroom without a door, on the upper level a bedroom. . We were 5 adults and the apartment was excellent for us. there is a parking st the oriperty but just for small cars, there is parking at the street and parking lot near the property.

The shower, toilet and sink are together in a small room which is a bit strange. When you shower, everything gets wet, the toilet, the sink and everything..There are places where part of the ceiling is low and you have to be careful about your head

The host was really nice and kind, the house is a perfect position and it's really comfortable

This was the only place we can find, where we could stay in a large group with my son's and daughters partners (three couples and a baby). The common area is very nice to have snacks, dinners and drinks. The host was absolutely fantastic! She accommodated early check-in, as the apartment was available.

Fitting three rooms in that space must have been a challenge. Some of the rooms, especially the top floor one, were awkward and one has to mind his head. But there is padding at the important places, for which I'm thankful! :) The toilet cleanliness can be improved on. The telephone showers were a in a tight space, and the water was hard to shut off on the top floor.
