Супер локация, в близост до мол, транспорт, хранителни заведение и магазини, клиники.

Липса на някои текущи нормални аксесоарни удобства за баня ,гардероб,кухненския бокс и осветление. Липсва микровълнова печка, която в жилище с такъв статут е нормално да присъства.
