The location is close to Sofia Business Park, but very awkward and not easy to find or get to. The experience started a bit bad and then went south from there... The was an external window cover which was broken and was covering 3/4 of the window, leavin the room dark, without sunlight. When I reported it, the reaction at the reception was just a shrug and "sorry, nothing we can do". This seems to be their default response. The unpleasant issues kept coming. No hot water in the room (not even warm), air conditioning broken. There was a gate closed after 9pm (nobody mentioned earlier about gate being closed for the night and when), fortunately the reception lady responded to a phone call and finally I managed to get in. After confronting her the next day about the issues, she became very combative, and at one point extremely rude. After a while she came around, apologized and offered a change of room to one with hot water, hence the rating in this review raised to 5 (from 1). If this lady is reading this review: It seemed it was a difficult situation for you, but please always choose integrity, like you did in the end. It was impressive, that you could turn it around and do the right thing. Never lie. Politeness, sincerity and compassion are not weakness, they will be your strengths.
