Тиха и удобна локация. Чисто и просторно, с всичко нужно за престоя ни.

Communication with the host was flawless, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth, as we received clear instructions and access codes for both the building entrance and the apartment. Having a reserved parking space right inside the building for €8 per day was also exceptionally convenient. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, making it absolutely perfect for our family stay with my husband and children. The location is ideal, with the city center and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance. Sofia is a wonderful, green city. We will definitely return and highly recommend this accommodation!

Everything was great. Ps. Elevator is a bit slow, so recommending using the stairs to reach the second floor. ;)

Чисто и удобно студио. Влизането е с код, който улеснява и не задължава точен час за пристигане. Има всичко необходимо за кратък престой / хавлии, еднократни чехли, сапун, кафе машина, термокана и посуда- чинии и чаши/. Интернетът е много добър. Паркинг - вечерта пристигнахме късно, след часовете на синя зона и имаше парко място точно пред студиото свободно, но през деня е в близост паркинга на Националния стадион, който е 1евро на час.

Шумоизолацията на самата сграда не е ОК, но това е минус на строителната фирма и за съжаление е непоправим. Имахме късмет,че комшиите започнаха да посещават тоалетната когато ние вече бяхме будни и не ни попречи шума, който се чуваше.
