I FEEL SO GRATEFUL to have stayed in such a positive, welcoming, peaceful, and comfortable living space in beautiful Ronda. The Deluxe Suite at Apartamentos Acevedo is a modern space with cozy vibes, and the owner, Cristóbal, is a real gem of a person. He is so kind, generous, and friendly and he went above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions. Cristóbal takes the time to give you an awesome check-in and check-out experience and offers great tips and recommendations. Some of the apartment highlights: quality washing machine and air-conditioners (don’t forget to check the AC drain bucket on the little balcony during longer stays so that it doesn’t overflow!), a very comfortable bed, good wi-fi, and a fantastic shower with ample amounts of hot water and nice towels. I have also stayed at a couple of the owner’s other properties (apartment with two balconies at the same location and apartment with terrace on calle espinel), but it is the Deluxe Suite that I recommend as it is, in my opinion, vastly superior in terms of quality and comfort. In fact, I have stayed at the Deluxe Suite FOUR TIMES and have come to regard it as my home in Ronda. I love it so much and would return in a heartbeat, it is just such a positive space and I always felt so happy, well-rested, and creative there! The apartment has a small outdoor drying rack which in the summer is perfect for drying clothes quickly in the Andalusian heat. I don’t recall an indoor rack, but I’m sure it would be provided in winter. I always felt safe in this apartment and would highly recommend it to other solo female travelers. Slight drainage smell from bathroom sink (quite a common issue in Ronda), but it is easily masked by one of those fragrant reed diffusers you can buy at the supermarket.
