Clean and tidy. Great location.

The air conditioning was poor / non-existent and the property was so hot that it was difficult to sleep.

We loved our short stay here. Communication with the owner was always friendly and efficient, and they made every effort to accommodate our needs. The apartment is perfectly located, just a few blocks from Vitosha Boulevard. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything we needed. We will be in Sofia again soon and will definitely book here again.

Lovely interior, great location, interesting concept with private garden.

The garden looked nothing like the pictures. Not a single blade of grass, just dirt.

Such a lovely apartment! Great location across one of the best bars in Sofia and walking distance to so many restaurants and sights. Slavi was great with communication and arranged for transport for us. Would recommend to any and all!

I think the welcome directions need to say exactly what side of the square and what restaurant it is near. In the dark you cant see the numbers well and our taxi driver was very confused and sent us looking all over the place.

Luxury retreat in the heart of Sofia! This modern, stylish, well-equipped and private apartment proved to be the best hide-out spot from the summer heat in Sofia. Close to popular tourist areas and with convenient transport links, the accommodation also featured a high end security system which guaranteed our stay. It was a little Home-away-from-home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The basket with toiletries in the bathroom was very handy and well appreciated. The Internet was fast! The booklets containing information and the owner's number were great! Although, if I may suggest, please explain the day travel cards tourists and visitors can use across the whole public transport network, or that buying single tickets is also an option, and what the ticket kiosks look like, the validity of a ticket, etc. I've been living abroad for over 14 years now, everything in Bulgaria has changed so much... Just a suggestion. :) Incredibly clean property, given its size! The patio was the perfect addition to a perfect flat: secluded but spacious, rustic and well-furnished with wooden deck and comfy chairs, all complemented by beautiful lights...

Either the Owner or Manager of the property attended before it was time for our check-out, the lady's name escapes me now. In her defence, I left the property early to run some errands, and I assume they got a notification by the security system the property was now free. I returned a few hours later but the lady may have been on her way by then. No drama as we were just about to leave anyway to continue our adventure in Bulgaria. Some guests have mentioned that they were welcomed with a bottle of wine, there was nothing like that when we arrived, but oh well, no big deal. It might depend on the length of stay? Though a bottle of cold water in the fridge could have gone a long way. Or milk for coffee. On the plus side, there was some sort of instant coffee, sugar, pepper and salt as absolute necessities. Also, one day we were just about to enter through the communal door when an unknown male engaged us in a small talk, he used to have an office in the building and all his clients were still looking for him there, so he was applying stickers with his phone number to rectify that. He then asked if we've just moved in, and when I said we are only staying for a couple of nights, he replied rather dismissively that what he's doing is none of our business then (considering he was the one who started the conversation). Ah well, nice properties don't always come with nice neighbours. Thankfully, this one had moved out :D It's a lovely place and I can't recommend it enough! If we visit Bulgaria again, we'll definitely try coming back (if available!) Book now, you won't regret it!

Awesome, modern apartment in central Sofia, but also very quiet. Very chic / hip decoration inside, lots of nice lighting and clean edges, which we loved. The apartment also has a lovely outside area, which we enjoyed on the warm evenings before heading out for dinner.

The only small improvement we could think of is that the garden area could probably benefit from a small spruce-up, but it remained a great place to sit and enjoy
