The accommodation is situated right in the center of Sofia within walking distance of everything that is important and brings a lot of bang for the buck (specially if you are a bigger group). It was very clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. The check-in instructions were very detailed so check-in was a breeze. Wifi was also very good.

The apartment is a bit on the cold side (and I am used to being cold). There is a heater in the location and AC can be used, but temperature might be a problem in the bathroom where it is very cold. The only other issue (if you come by car) is the parking situation. Being in the center all parking is payable outside of Sunday so take that in consideration.

The appartment was big enough. The location was nice. We liked the different rooms.

The bathroom was small and we bad plumbing issues. But it was resolved quickly after we messaged the owner, so that was very kind.

location is great, parking is great, check in was seamless

there is no central heating so in bathroom is freezing. also it’s not possible to walk without slippers because the floor is so cold 🥶 it would be great to have at least slippers and a heating in bathroom. also one additional trash can (only one is in the bathroom).

The apartment was like the photos.

We arrived at 10pm by car and we decided not to stay. The area obviously is super dodgy. We asked some security people that were passing by car, since we were a bit scared, and they warned us that the neighborhood is not safe and we would better change area.

location of the apartment was good. rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.

No kitchen utensils were available. landlord provided the kettle and iron on the second day but still no other utensils. the bathroom was really small and it smelled really bad.
