It was clean, smart TV, lady was nice, living area was nice.

The shower was not really a shower, a very small wet room. The hot water came out brown. The pillows were very poor like polystyrene. Locked out had to wait for another person to come open the door as the key didn’t work. Smelt of cigarettes. Beds are hard. Rough area.

The best thing was what the property is close to centre and it was cheap enough but i rather pay more in the future and get what i expect

First thing what we were really disappointed it was what the owner walked in the apartment without us being there.. she did say she tried go contact me, but however I never got the message and the fact what she just decided to let herself in to take the hair dryer for other guest from other apartment while we were away.. but our stuff was there and it was very unpleasant to find out that. Second thing was shower.. if you can call it shower.. no curtains nothing, water goes everywhere including the toilet itself.. so if people want to use the toilet after someone had shower good luck drying it first and the floor as the toilet room is soaked. Third thing was the area.. felt very unsafe full of gipsies and weird people, was scary to walk there in the dark.. And over all could be a microwave or at least a toster.

the space was super pleasant and welcoming, the apartment was huge and was super well located, it was close to everything! The apartment had heating which was great as it was super cold outside, the beds were super comfortable. Communication was super easy, and they were super available to help us, and they were always available if we needed anything! Still about the space, it was a super calm area, you couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or the street. Overall we really liked it

Location was spot on , 10 mins walk from the city center , rooms were spot on too , apartment itself was good one for the money !

There is no parking provided with the property although on booking it’s saying that there is , also there was few bedbugs that we noticed and there was smell from the toilet that you could feel in the other rooms

The location is just next to the Women's Market, in a good place to have food, drinks, restaurants all around, small convenience store and billa supermarket is near the property. The apartment looks like a new one, very clean apartment, size is small but very very convenient. Me and my family enjoyed living there. Very hot water to bath, AC and heater is available, a small fridge, dining table, sofa and TV. Sockets everywhere to charge mob and so. Checkin was very easy

The host takes sometimes to respond on whats app or on booking.com message. So if you have questions, make sure to send the message days before. But this is fine. As an apartment and with a fridge, it would be nice to have a small microwave. The shower had a blocked drainage and water was accumulating while bathing, we had to remove water after bathing. (Maybe this is will be fixed soon) Some comments says that it is scary to walk at night, it is not wrong but take your precautions, everywhere is creepy to walk at night in Bulgaria

Everything has been recently renovated and well maintained. Out suite was spacious. By day, the Women's market, right in the street, is a goldmine. You can buy really good fruit and veg, dairy products, and more, at very reasonable prices (although they won't sell you less than a kilo) Friendly staff, available all day. A nice Turkish restaurant (Avrasya 2), literally around the corner The location is very central.

No vestiges of a kitchen, even in the 3-room suite. The staircases a bit scary to ascend and descend, need more handrails. At night, the street is full of weird characters, including hoboes. Scary to return late.
