L'emplacement, la terrasse, la propreté la situation géographique par rapport au centre ville..

La climatisation pourrait être envisagée même si les ventilateurs de plafond existent. Au moins un dans le salon car la chaleur doit être présente en pleine saison d'été..A vérifier sur un prochain séjour..

"Great views from the apartment"

This is a nice 2 bedroom property with a kitchen/ living / dining room in a group of apartments. The view from the balcony towards the Mediterranean is fabulous. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering.

The check in procedure involved meeting someone in a supermarket car park about 10 km from the property at a designated time. This meant it was very difficult to have flexibility in arrival time. The double bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

"Bel appartement en front de mer, idéal pour randonner sur le superbe Cap de Creus."

Location conforme à notre attente. Propreté irréprochable. L'appartement est en front de mer, dans le quartier qui nous semble le plus intéressant de Roses. Un parking (payant) est à disposition. Elena conseille de le prendre en période de fêtes. Là, nous aurions pu nous en dispenser, vu qu'il y avait tout le temps des places disponibles dans l'impasse. Des restaurants sympathiques sont à quelques minutes à pied. Personnellement, nous n'avons jamais été déçu par las Palmeras (depuis quelques années). Bien sûr nous avons encore randonnés sur ce magnifique Cap de Creus. Nous ne nous en lassons pas... Nous reviendrons dorénavant à Roses chez Elena.
