"Muy buena situación.."

La situación del apartamento es ideal, la terraza muy amplia. La distribución de la casa es perfecta para cuatro personas. Solicitamos salir más tarde del apartamento el día de salida y fueron muy amables, nos concedieron dos horas más. La presión de la ducha muy adecuada y el baño espacioso. Las camas muy cómodas y amplias.

La limpieza la encontramos muy justa. No me gustó el estado de las mantas y la limpieza de la cocina. Vasos, platos, los lavé antes de utilizarlos. El sofá necesita una sustitución inmediata, estaba hundido y sucio.

appartement traversant lumineux avec grande terrasse bien exposée au soleil. Confort moyen mais apparemment propre en dehors d'un fauteuil taché. Cuisine neuve et bien équipée. Excellente climatisation.

nous n'avons pas apprécié la publicité mensongère. Vous présentiez une vue largement ouverte vers la mer sur la photo du site. Cette vue superbe était confirmée sur le commentaire des locataires précédents. J'ai également expressément précisé dans le courrier adressé lors de la réservation que je voulais voir la mer depuis le logement, puisque vieux retraités ne pouvant nous déplacer, c'était notre seul plaisir de la semaine. Aucune réponse à mon message. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit et surprise le matin nous n'avions qu'une vue sur l'immeuble voisin. Alertée l'agence a botté en touche ne proposant aucune solution. J'ajoute que nous étions au 5e étage mais qu'il n'était pas noté que l'ascenseur s'arrêtait au 4eme.

"Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Austattung und tollem Ausblick, aber…"

Helle Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick aufs Meer, den Ort und die Pyrenäen mitten im Zentrum von Roses. Gute Ausstattung mit Spül- und Waschmaschine.

Parken ist ein großes Problem, Aufzug geht nur bis zum 4. Stock, die Wohnung liegt aber im 5. Außerdem wären mehr Informationen zur Müllentsorgung hilfreich gewesen.

Pas du tout face à la mer comme le suggère la photo sur le site de booking...pas bcp de vaisselle, des draps comme à l'hôpital et des couverture des années 80..tjs pb de fourmis, et j'en passe...
