"Apartamento céntrico con mucho potencial pero mal distribuido"

La ubicación es buena y la cama es cómoda

La diferencia de temperatura entre el dormitorio y el salón es muy grande, el calor se queda arriba y si quieres tener el piso caliente la persona que duerme en la cama lo pasa mal. Hay 2 sofás pero ninguno es sofa cama y son muy duros e incómodos. El sistema de la ducha es bastante incómodo, ya que parece el de una autocaravana.

Dobra lokalizacja . Blisko sklepy i metro

W pokoju zomnio . Klimatyzacja działa lecz temperatura utrzymywała sie tylko na wysokości antresoli. Na dole było bardzo zimno. Podłoga zimna, w łazience tez zimno . Woda nie chciała sie nagrzać żeby sie wykąpać . Był grzejnik elektryczny ale nie dawał rady. Na lato może i dobry nocleg. W zimę nie polecam

"Rendere l' alloggio più funzionale e dare più attenzione all' ospite"

L' alloggio è carino e in una posizione comoda

L' alloggio è poco funzionale appena entrati un freddo incredibile il condizionatore riscalda tantissimo il soppalco e il piano di sotto dove si trova cucina e bagno è molto freddo dotato di una stufa che non riscalda l'ambiente abbastanza. Il bagno è molto piccolo ed ha un odore molto brutto di muffa, all' interno per fare l' acqua calda essendo inesperta mi sono prima bruciata e poi raffreddata molto scomodo essendo a Sofia -5 gradi almeno la doccia dovrebbe essere facile da utilizzare. Il letto è molto scomodo e ho dovuto prepararmi io il letto . Consiglio di organizzare meglio il condizionatore per dare calore giusto a tutto l' appartamento, lavare accuratamente le asciugamani che non avevano un profumo di pulito,il telecomando sia della TV del soppalco che del piano di sotto non funzionavano perché le pile erano scariche a tutti e due ,fare almeno il letto per dare comfort a chi prenota il tuo alloggio, rendere più semplice l' utilizzo della doccia perché farsi una doccia calda è essenziale con un clima freddo come quello di Sofia . Rendere l' alloggio funzionante e funzionale è essenziale
