The owner of the property claims to have a parking space subject to availability, so we booked it 20 days in advance. I called them immediately after making the reservation to make sure the parking space was reserved for our arrival dates. Unfortunately on the day of our stay we were told that the parking space was reserved by a long term customer, which left us with no choice. The Booking team were unable to help with this scam and we didn't get our money back, so we stayed elsewhere instead. There is nothing good about being accommodated by scammers.

Good place, witch is near from The Mall. It is a new building, and near the building, they have convenience store and restaurant. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. They have a washing machine, air conditioning, and all the devices I expect. Disposable cleaning bath towels, body wash and shampoo are also provided. Contacted person is positive and polite.

1. There is no computer desk. In fact, you should add a computer desk and chair, which is a bit inconvenient for office work. I sat on the bed and used the table, but it wasn't comfortable. 2. I wish there were disposable sheets like in hotels. At least they can look clean. I am slightly mysophobic and I like to use completely new or clean sheets and quilts. But due to travel restrictions, I couldn’t bring so much luggage.

The location is good for the shopping mall and a conference center nearby. The studio is spacious and with big windows.

Although the building looks rather new on the outside, it's completely run down on the inside. The corridors and parking area look unfinished and still part of a construction site. No maintenance of the common areas whatsoever, so very dirty hallways, lift, etc. The studio had a bad smell and wasn't cleaned properly.
