The owner answered immediately to the messages in Booking. Unfortunately, I needed to wake him up in the middle of the night.

We checked in ~8 p.m. and turned on the AC. At 2:30 a.m. some unknown (for me) number called. I tried to return the call, but he didn't answer. Then I saw he messaged me in Viber, introduced himself as a neighbor, and asked if I could turn the AC off because the vibrations from it make noise and he can't sleep. I politely responded that I'll turn it off later when I feel warm enough (the stay is in mid of November, when the temperature outside is 2-3C). He didn't stop messaging me, I told him that I don't feel comfortable with that and asked where he has my number from - no answer. According to the GDPR, the owner shouldn't give my personal data to 3rd parts. I messaged him via Booking, demanding answer, he wrote "I don't know, what do you want me to do?". Meanwhile, the "neighbor" deleted all his messages in Viber 🤡 I told him that I already got screenshots and he started insulting me (according to him, I had "mental problems" for wanting peaceful and warm stay). Turns out this "neighbor" was the owner's son, who is the "manager" of the property, or at least that was the explanation this morning. The whole situation was unbelievable, it ruined the rest of our stay. The room itself wasn't that bad for a one night stay. There are plenty of reviews regarding the hygiene, so we were prepared. Unfortunately, after this night "fiasco", I don't think I'll be back here again.

Free parking place. This was the only good thing.

Uncleaned, uncomfortable, horror. When we arrived at this apartment we were welcomed by an unfriendly lady who was supposed to do the cleaning part and hundreds of flies in the hall. Even though we paid to stay from Friday, we arrived only on Saturday and the apartment still was not ready, being used by the owner's son. This is far, the worst accommodation in which we ever stayed. It was too late and inconvenient to ask Booking to find us another accommodation. In the end, even though we paid for one more day, we choose to leave earlier, because of the conditions.

The two good things were: the bed (at least it's comfortable though creaking and it was quiet at night in the location, so we could have some rest during our sleep) and the wifi (worked without any problems at least for watching online movies).

We stayed at ap. #4 with my wife and son. In order of priority: 1. Steady cigarette smell in the room. 2. The toilet is leaking after each and every draining - looks like the simplest replacement would solve it - but no one cares. 3 Spiders and their web in each corner near the ceiling (room, bathroom). 4. Only a single frying pan for cooking, there's not even a cooking pan/casserole if you want to cook some pasta/rice/cereals - so almost no cooking is possible. 5. The showerhead and the curtain need a replacement. 6. Single towel for both body and face. The host forgot to give us the 3rd set of linen and towel and when we discovered it he gently asked us to take the linen from the drying machine in the basement. We didn't find the 3rd towel and didn't want to ask for it, so we used 2 towels for 2 adults and our child. Overall impression: we stayed for 3 nights and tried to escape the apartment by any chance. The host seems not to care about any comfort or fixing small issues. He seems to clean it by himself and does it carelessly. Worst place we've ever stayed and the price was around $50/night (facepalm), I wouldn't give more than $15 for such conditions but wouldn't have chosen such a price.

Generally the apartment needs an upgrade, because it was kinda dirty and the shower was clogged.
