We will send you the link to complete online check-in via this app. ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract. By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge your credit card as a security deposit in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always appear on the invoice for any damages caused. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay. "It was not a good experience."

We arrived to find that the bathroom was flooded with water. We contacted the agent immediately. The response was quick telling us that they would have their maintenance team there ASAP. The maintenance group arrived and didn’t fix the problem. We visited the agent’s office and a representative said that they did not have the right technician to fix the problem. We continued to have to “wade” in water in order to use the bathroom throughout our visit. Each time we stepped in the bathroom our shoes/feet became wet and tracked out into the rest of the unit causing a serious falling risk.

The flooded bathroom floor that was uncomfortable and dangerous.
