"Cena do lokalizacji i jakości = BOMBA!!!"

Lokalizacja świetna. Blisko restauracje , deptak, oraz MOLO , czyli główna atrakcja SOPOTU.

Mroczne obejscie i dosyć obskórna klatka schodowa, trochę farby i jedno popołudnie, a już o niebo lepsze wrażenie samego dostępu do lokalu. Bliskie sąsiedztwo linii kolejowej może obudzić nieprzyzwyczajonych do mieszkania w mieście gości.
