TWGreat location, very close to old town in walking distance. We stayed there for 2 nights and easy to get to old town for siteseeing or food. Also with kitchen and laundry machine that would save traveller's life. We even go jogging in nearby hill to enjoy the top down view of Split. Thanks.
FRThe location is great . Calm and directly connected to the old city center. The flat is clean and spacious
The equipment is very poor for the price … the beds are ok but the reading lights can be connected to the power only if they are on the floor. The curtain bar is too short . The kitchen is poorly equipped ( just a few different plates , different glasses and nothing to actually cook . It looks like a student kitchen . There is no place for the microwave and the dinning table is unstable … that’s a pity…. For a few hundred € this flat could be very nice

NZLocation is fantastic. Very quiet place to stay. Lovely big comfortable beds and reasonably cool despite the heat wave at the time of staying. There is also air con. Lovely spacious apartment.,
The shower - was lovely when it went - however there is a button you need to press for the water to start and this didn't work so it was difficult to use. Secondly despite the three adults using the shower having very quick showers there was not enough hot water. Needs a plug for the kitchen sink so you can do the dishes. Needs a chopping board. Despite this it is a great, clean, spacious apartment and we very much enjoyed our stay and the cost was very good.
GBGreat location, friendly and helpful host, clean and wonderful air con! Split is so beautiful and this place offers an escape from the hustle and bustle and heat within east walking distance of the old town and great restaurants.
ESthe rooms are very big, the location is perfect and Bruno, our contact with the property help us a lot with a ton of recommendations and was very nice!
the only thing we didn’t like was the loud noise of the cicadas in the trees near-by.
