"Totul a fost ok, trebuie ca personalul să fie purin mai pregatit ! Am caltorit in diverse tari si informatiile le primes"

Nu mi a plăcut faptul ca trebuie să aștept după informațiile de intrare în casă doar la ora care o stabilești ca vei intra, normal ar fi trebuit să spună în dimineața zilei în care trebuie să închiriezi , am întrebat de 2 ori până să mi se spună exact, prima dată mi a spus ca face curățenie și apoi îmi v-a da detaliile, nu înțeleg ce reținere a fost să nu trimită înainte , oricum am ajuns mult mai târziu decât trebuia, am impresia ca ei cred ca intri mai devreme în casă , ceea ce îi face să dea detaliile casei foarte târziu .

It was dirty, and it seemed there was no good cleaning service for a long time. In real life, the apartment looks much older than at the photos.
