Host responded quickly to text messages. Offered 10% refund due to hot water heater spoilt during stay. Able to see sea view from terrace at this moment over the construction site.

Construction noises - new building being constructed right in front of apartment. Many surrounding roads under construction - difficult to navigate to apartment. Booked 2 apartments - Washing machine in upper apartment - dirty detergent tray, lower apartment unit - not functioning properly- clothes not spinned dry fully. Water heater in 1 apartment broke down - had to share 1 bathroom among 7 of us for showers. No decent nearby amenities such as restaurants, etc within walking distance.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has everything you would need and even more. It is very spacious, clean and comfy with an amazing terrace and a breathtaking view. Our dogs also enjoyed staying here :)

The only thing we didn't like was there was a construction site right in front of us and the workers start working at 7am on weekends so there was noise and loud banging from early on throughout the day, however not the fault of our hosts and I'm sure it will be over in a month or so..

Spacious and very comfortable apartment. Completely furnished and with all the necessary utensils, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Large terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the island of Brac. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Large and modern TV. Large and comfortable kitchen. The co-host was very friendly, he welcomed us to give us the keys and explain everything. The building is very quiet and we had total privacy, no one bothered us at any time. Due to the bad weather conditions we spent more time than expected in the apartment and the truth is that it is very comfortable and we could live quietly in it. I have seen many comments from other users that I really can't understand... some people complain about the area, the building, the cats in the street, the fact that the terrace was divided, the knives in the kitchen, the furniture of the apartment and that it is very used... that's what it is for! Maybe these types of people should stay at home, because they are the ones who, with their bad behavior and careless use of these types of establishments, make the facilities worse for other customers and make the prices more expensive.

Water pressure in shower needs to be increased to make it easier having a quick shower.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious with a beautiful view, especially during morning and sunset. It's situated just 5 minutes from the sea, though a bit distant from the city center. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, and all necessary amenities are provided. The floor can be a little chilly, but there's both air conditioning and heating available.
