Its the perfect place for a stay in Split. Its close by to the old city, its a very clean, spacious and cosy apartment with aircon in every single room. I dont think there is a better place for a stay in Split especially with this amazing host. I cant thank the host and his daughter enough for the warming welcome as well as for the perfect hospitality from them both. We got quite delayed (almost midnight) but she came out and helped us with finding TWO parking spots for two big cars and helped with everything else in such a good matter. They also helped us recommending an AMAZING restaurant. They are an amazing host with an amazing place.

Nothing AT ALL.

The location was excellent and 3 spacious bedrooms was much appreciated. It was located just outside the old town. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We were not aware it was on the 2nd floor so luggage was a haul up, though our host helped. Other than that, all was great.

Igor was very easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful. The apartment was nice and spacious and well equipped for six of us. Whilst a little way out of town, we enjoyed the walk to and from each day.

Excellent location, just outside the palace and inner walls. Easy to find and on a quiet street.

There are quite a few steps up to it. Fine if you are in good health.

The hostress is so helpful in every question I had. She is always there to provide assistance, and tell us history about the house and recommend local restaurant.

You would need some luck to find the parking, because it can be crowded in summer.
