Apartment Dalmaticus

huge apartman with three separate sleeping room. An extra point gets the office room, a room where my wife could talk for hours on the phone without disturbing me watching TV :). Apartment is equipped with a playstation what may cause some difficulties who gets the remote control. But no, everthing went well.

The bathroom has a multifunctional bathtube but did not work. Very urban district, no green surfaces around.

The apartment is very big and fit all my family, very well decorated and located, we had very pleasant moments with the family, the owners are very kind people and helpers in everything. The place goes beyond expectations for the price we pay and for the moments we spend as a family. It was really worth it these days in this wonderful apartment.

Everything. I have stayed for two weeks and I didn't want to leave. It has all you may need and more. Very big and spacious. It has a couple of plants inside that makes it very cozy. It has an office space if you need to work. Excelent wifi connection. Big living room and a very nice balcony. Rendi, the host, is very polite and friendly and welcomed me upon arrival. Definetly one of the best choices if I come back to Split.

Nothing to complain about.

The property was clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Located in a quiet area . would highly recommend .

The only downside was the property was located on the top floor only accessible by 55 steps (6 flights of stairs) and parking was tricky as opening access into parking space was tight

I don't understand why indicated apartment address via Booking.com is wrong and I had to ask host about proper address? It's not Booking mistake but host's deliberate actions. The bath was very dirty, the toilet bowl was dirty. Apartment is located 2.2km from the Gold Gate not 1.2 km as host says. Ps. The air conditioning in the main room was broken in the master bedroom is ony fan.

That was a nice and perfect week of our vacation. We've had everything we need + what we didn't expect and what is the most important thing...everything was working! It was clean and all the sleeping "staff" was fresh. Stable and strong wifi connection for evening chilling. Air condition in main room and 1 bedroom (perfect!!!) Big thanks!

Only 7 days and it flies too fast. Want some more...

Very friendly and helpful host. Big flat with lots of space. Very well equipped kitchen & very practical organized. Tastefully decorated Rooms, with travel souveniers from various pasts of the World.

The view from the 10 meter long balcony is not the very best, but you can in fact see a (very) little part of the blue sea.
