The old school charm, location and plenty of space for 4-5 people to sleep

The self pick up instructions for key collection could have been better, as well as hot water availability in the morning as we couldn't figure out the way to operate the geyser once hot water ran out. Maybe we didn't understand the key pick up instructions or they were just a bit complicated! 😊 Also it may be great to find some tea/coffee in the kitchen. We had just two sachets of tea for a group of 5! Small thing but makes for a good morning.

The location, helpful staff,

5th floor) it is not mentioned the level of the floor in booking so we have to climb up the stairs with suitcase even.. And also the hot water doesn't work sometimes

"Great value especially for the location but be ready to climb some stairs."

The location is amazing. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Free parking (bear in mind that it’s a tight street, if you have a bigger car you might find it difficult to park). The host was helpful and responsive.

Kitchen cupboards need some spring cleaning but that’s a minor gripe.

"The flat met my expectations perfectly."

Probably best location possible in Riga, well-equipped flat with stunning view, enough space for 5 person trip, very friendly and helpful host, loved that impressive Balsam collection in kitchen ;) If you're looking for a flat in the very city centre, this is must-go.

5th floor w/o elevator is the only con of this apartment.

Location is excellent, as was the staff. Lovely place to stay. Fantastic view of the church. Price felt cheap for the space

This is picky but I think collection of keys could have been communicated earlier (pre-arrival). We were given a message on the day to contact her when we arrived at the nearby church and she would collect us. Lucky I had data usage abroad. Apart from this it was excellent!!
