I think it should have been mentioned that the property is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It is not a deal breaker for me, but it could be an issue for others

Agate is a great host and her place is nice, modern and very clean. It's very close to the main station and only few minutes away from the Old town. I spent a week in Riga and really loved it. I would definitely stay at Agate's apartment again.
