Beautiful location in walking distance to the old town and Diocletian's palace (10-15 min). It felt very clean and the view was nice. Very friendly host too who let us check in early since the room was available. The book with some suggestions/tips on what to do was also a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable

One time the hot water ran out, but it only happened 1 out of the 6 times the shower was used. The bathroom is also a bit small so it will be difficult to go in and out of the room when the shower is in use, but we didn't see that as a big problem. It would be nice with a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. The door was not very soundproof and there was one evening when we clearly heard the conversation from the guests standing in the hall downstairs, but since there are only a few other rooms this mostly didn't bother us, but would be nice to add some soundproofing to the door in the future.

The Residence is very well located in the heart of Split. We went in April and it was really a nice period, the city was not too busy, it's quite silent outside so ideal to sleep at ease. The room has everything needed and it's quite spacious. There was a booklet available with tips on which restaurants to go, what to visit, etc. The check-in/check-out were very easy, the owner was always available in case of questions. I highly recommend!
