Хорошая локация места,можно оставить машину перед окнами дома,более менее был порядок в доме.Тихий район!

Шумоизоляция дома,слышны все шаги соседей,ооочень скрепучие кровати,если вы ночью спите с открытым окном и захотите перевернутся вас будет слышно во всем районе что вы перевернулись.И еще минус который раздрожал это душевая кобинка,по скок нету порогов в душевой то дверца не герметична и вся пова вытекает за дверь и разтикается по всему полу,приходилось стелить полотенца под дверь чтобы вода не вытекала,и молится чтобы не забился слив или вы случайно не закрыли его ногой.

"A good enough place in Riga"

I know this apartment very well. It is plain, simple but good enough to enjoy our stay & come back. For us the location is perfect as it is very close to the location of the event we visit in Riga regularly. Generally I would recommend it to anybody who looks for an economic & self-catering option to stay in beautiful Riga.

The "main" bed is squeezed into a narrow niche of the room and separated from the rest of the apartment by a folding door. This does not provide any actual separation from the rest of the apt. If you are travelling with someone very close to you, it is a small problem, but if you are travelling with someone you want to separate from while sleeping, it could cause some discomfort.

Nice apartment for a short stay. Small but has everything needed. Stable wi-fi and a place to park a car near the house.

The bed linen was clean but quite worn-out and would benefit from being replaced.

It has a good location. It was easy to park. It provides enough space for 3 people. 1 bed and a large sofa-bed.

The bed is not so comfortable. It is quite messy when taking a shower. The water goes everywhere. It is ok if it is one person in the apartment, but more than one, the next person won't have a good time.
