Very clear and understandable instructions for arrival. Located close to the center.

It is kind of dirty and messy. The appliances are either very dirty or not working at all. The sofa is broken and dirty with stains. There is dirt from previous guests. You can see that the apartment was very tidy and had a good renovation, but now there are many defects and destruction. The apartment is not properly maintained. It's a pity.
