The flat is very spacious and well designed. It was clean and had all necessary equipment.

The only downside is the entrance to the building which needs to be renovated. Apart from that no complaints

süß eingerichtet, sauber & gute lage! reinigungskraft sehr freundlich und sehr gute kommunikation mit der vermieterin. konnten das gepäck in die unterkunft bringen, da wir vormittags angereist sind. würden wieder kommen!

einzig ein mülleimer im bad wäre vorteilhaft, ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln :)

Convenient location for seeing sights, public transport, and local supermarket nearby. Apartment is spacious with high ceilings.

The apartment is style over function with a focus on looking nice but not being super useable. Multiple things were broken or missing entirely (the listing states there is a toaster and microwave, this is not the case, and you have to request this). There is no welcome information and you have to message to get basic expected info like wifi codes. The bedroom is awful. We slept badly every single night. Terrible pillows, street lamps shining brightly into the apartment with no black out blinds, and the road is very busy constantly, causing lots of noise. The bedroom light is so dim, it is impossible to see and there is a boiler in the bedroom that makes disturbing noises every 20 mins or so. We had significant issues with the bathroom and informed the owner when we arrived that there was a foul smell (possibly from the drains). She said she would sort this but did not and we had to cope with this awful smell for our entire stay. The corridor before getting into the flat is very run down with no lights. The view opposite the flat is of run down, abandoned buildings. We felt the owner prioritised the apartment looking nice and instagram worthy rather than making sure it is a functional space for guests. We would never stay here again and regret choosing this apartment.
