Wielką zaletą jest zamknięty parking. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe z możliwością dojazdu do centrum. Blisko sklep i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Serdecznie polecam.
