FIThe simplicity of the place with basic daily life stuff you need to feel at home. Secured environment with private parking. We will definitely book this place again whenever we visit Riga. Highly recommended for families .
I don't necessarily dislike it but they can be a little bit of an improvement with the bathroom floor, the water doesn't flow well to the drainage which can be a bigger problem of water damage in the near future.

It’s all very small in the upstairs apartment but still worth the money
EEThe location was perfect for a quiet stay with the family. Our child enjoyed the garden and the playground.
The apartment was rather cold. The bathroom floor felt like freezing.

PLThe facility was in a great location. It was not close to the city center but it was in a very calm and peaceful location. It was great to have a special parking space for our car. Everything said was available and the facility was very clean. Easy check-in was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here for one more night on the return of our trip.
