It’s now all painted white. The photos need updating. It’s a smart, light and spacious studio, perfect for w couple. With space outside to hang washed laundry. Hots was super helpful too.

The fridge could be a bit noisy on occasion but would prefer a fridge so happy to put up with it.

Well equipped

Croatia has become quite expensive in the recent years so this apartment was excellent value for money. It looked like it had been recently renovated. Josip was quite flexible with the check-out time as well.

The location meant it was a 15 mins walk to get into the old town which felt even longer in the hot sun. However, it's not a deal breaker.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Split was spectacular from start to finish. Josip was one of the best hosts we had in all of Croatia. He was extremely kind, flexible, and thoughtful throughout our visit. He allowed us to check out late, understanding we had arrived late the night before, and even let us store our luggage after check-out. Absolute luxury! The apartment itself was spotless. The layout, cleanliness, bathrooms, everything felt like a boutique hotel. Out of all the places we stayed in this summer trip, this was by far the most comfortable. For the first time in weeks, we actually got good rest, thanks to proper air conditioning, not just a unit that turns on, but one that genuinely cools the space. It made a huge difference. The bathrooms were pristine and fully stocked: body wash, shampoo, fresh towels, everything. Every corner of the apartment showed care and attention to detail. The location is also ideal: just five minutes walking from the main bus station, next to the marina, and steps from the city center. You’re close to everything, but still in a peaceful spot. To top it all off, Joseph gave us great local tips for where to eat and what to do in town. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Split and actually rest while doing it. If we ever return, there’s no question! this is the place.
