La sympathie des hôtes, facilitateurs pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ, ainsi que les contacts par messagerie avec Tamara. La localisation du logement très prêt de toutes les commodité et des points d’intérêt. Très proche du parc Marjan pour des balades toniques, et du centre de la ville à 15 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Une multitude de restaurants à proximité, et pour les menus achats deux supérettes au pied de l’immeuble, également un bar à 2 pas pour le café du matin. De plus la localisation de Split permet des déplacements en bus de ville, pas cher du tout, vers d’autres destinations pour de belles visites comme Trogir, ou la forteresse de Klis… ou prendre un ferry pour Brac ou Hvar sans se ruiner.

Il manque une cafetière et un grille pain, mais il y un bar et une boulangerie à 2 pas du logement pour y suppléer, et ainsi prendre un bon petit déjeuner.

We stayed 5 days and it was really nice, the position was great we were near the beach (10 min) and the city center. It was clean and the host was really nice, they waited for us at the check-in (we arrived at midnight), they were really accommodating!

Very close to the center and nice beaches Veronica and her parents are so friendly!

Tamara’s apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Split, the Riva, the old town as well as being close to quiet beaches and woodland walks. It had all we needed for a chilled base after busy days exploring. It was also in easy shape asking distance of the ferries to various island, Brac and Solta were stunning and a 20minute walk to the bus station to catch a bus to the wonderful Trogir, €2, a definite must. Tamara was a fabulous host, attentive and communication was easy. Thanks so much for sharing your apartment.

Nothing at all, we would recommend it as a base to stay .

Tamara was an excellent host, very kind. She was waiting for us when we arrived to leave the keys to us. The apartment was in excellent conditions. She also left a couple little gifts (a chocolate bar, some juice, and some balloons for our son) which made our arrival more memorable. Also, the kitchen was pretty much set with all the basic stuff. Normally you don´t want to go and buy basics like salt and pepper, among other things, if you are only staying for a few days. In addition, the location is pretty good and you can get to the center walking. For me specifically, i prefer it to staying in the middle of the historical center.

Minor things, that don´t really changed our good experience. 1. There were a couple of light sources, that we had to manually put a towel over it, including the AC unit, which we later learned that there was a special button to turn it off (the controller needed to be "open" to see the button). 2. We cooked regularly for our small child, and a better pan (current one is quite bended) and spatula (the current one is tiny) would´ve been nice.
