Very good location with everything in walking distance Parking is free and right next to the door Nice views from the windows

It is obviously an old building so you have to take this into account. But the room could use some better quality maintenance. Some kitchen closets door were falling off, lighting looked like it is self invented and other small things. The entrance is kind of hard to find.

rats outside entrance. I suspect there was a rat inside apartment because we heard several times the noise from the kitchen.

Good location, parking for car.

Very important RIGHT place car parking ticket. If your ticket slide down - congratulations, you have administrative penalty - 40€. People (bauda ministras) in this place work very very fast.

the location was perfect and the host gave clear instructions.

The place was so old that it was litterally falling apart: the windows did not close properly, there were electric wires hanging from the wall. The flat was sort if clean but the building was filthy.
