Modern & Spacious 80m2 Apartment in Riga Old Town

The location is perfect, you are very close to all the attractions within the old town and very close to the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Lot of restaurants and bars around. The flat is really spacious and even though there are bars in the street you can’t hear anything. The check in and check out was really smooth as well and the property is well insulated.

One of us had to sleep on the sofa bed and this wasn’t ready when we arrived. When we opened the sofa bed, noticed one of the parts was broken so my friend had to sleep on the sofa bed ‘closed’ which was uncomfortable. If you are not going to use the sofa bed, the property is great but if someone is going to sleep there, I would consider it if it’s for a long stay. There’s also a smell in the bathroom coming from the drain, but we knew about it and it just needs ventilation. Just so you know, the flat is on a second floor with no lift.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, modernes Apartment, dass im Zentrum liegt und trotzdem sehr ruhig war. Es hat auch die Öffnung der Wohnung mit dem Code gut funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Im Badezimmer ist schlechter Geruch.

Well equipped, clean, modern and spacious. Excellent location - 2 mins from main square and several bus & tram lines.

Minor quibble - there were no curtains or blinds on one of the kitchenette windows which faced the flats opposite. Be aware that there are two flights of pretty steep spiral staircase - it's a modern renovation of an old building, so it is inevitable.

Super Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Grosszügige Wohnung mit bequemen Betten. Coole, minimalistische Einrichtung. Waschmaschine. Gastgeber hat sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.

Spaciuos appartment in the great location - places of interest around the corner but calm inside to have a good rest. The bathroom still smells but it did not bother us much :) and it could be a bit less dust in rarely used spaces but there was a comfy bed with fresh linen and other needed amenities so we really enjoyed the stay!
