external entrance doors,was hard to figure out how to open them,

The layout of the accommodation felt spacious and was clean. Everything we would have needed was available. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but they all looked clean and in working order. The location was in easy access to the shops, bars and public transport.

It was a real shame that there were not enough towels for the five adults who were staying. The towels that were available weren't big enough. I stayed in the smaller bedroom and there were three towels. One medium size and two small. One of the small towels was frayed at the side and the second towel had a mark on it. I didn't check the quality of the other towels. It was a shame as this shouldn't of happened, it has however meant that I still scored the accommodation highly but it could have been scored as excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Velký, čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán. Výborná poloha bytu - nachází se blízko historického centra, vlakového nádraží, veřejné dopravy a nákupního centra. Samoobslužné vyzvednutí klíčů usnadňuje check-in a check-out. Hostitel rychle reagoval na drobný problém, který se objevil.

Z bytu jsou slyšet vlaky a tramvaje, píšeme to jen informativně, neměli jsme s tím problém. Přáli bychom si více nádobí - sklenice, hrnky.

I would say this property has the potential to of being a great place to stay, if the management were to actually take care and maintain it. We arrived at 4 pm on our first day to find the main bedroom made up with sheets the were too small for the size of the mattress so basi the were just laying on top. When we tried to see if we could do something to make them work we exposed the mattress with no mattress cover and felt sick looking at the filth of the mattress, urine stains , blood stains, it was disgusting. We asked management for mattress covers and bigger sheets and we were told where to find sheets, none fit the bed. We used a second bed in another bedroom which was marginally better. We spent hours of our holiday time trying to sort out the problem which never got sorted out, very poor management service, would definitely never recommend this terrible place .kitchen utensils and pots also not cleaned properly

Filthy mattress , dirty kitchen appliances and pots. Poor service and care from management

Central and comfortable location, easy self check in, spacious flat. Flat has everything required for the family/couple stay.

Flat needs refreshing as you can see many points that are worn off. Sofa needs replacing. A microwave would be a benefit.
