Ex Factory apartments

Good place, not far away from center.

Few hours before our trip to Riga admin informed, that there is problems with apartments and they proposed others. It was not enough time to search new place, so we desided to count on admin. So I reviewing not the these apartments, but other apartments i got: - much smaller (got 70 m2 instead of 120m2), dirty flor, very small kitchen, broken chairs, old worn-out towels and ect. so we got not what we ordered. Finalizing all experience, we are disappointed on our staying conditions, the admins proposition was not equal on what we ordered.

Location was good

The apartment was dirty, only 2 out of 5 people slept comfortably as the sofa bed is old and uncomfortable and the third individual bed next to the double bed is also very small, old and uncomfortable

The apartments were well equipped, very clean and situated in a convenient location with bars and restaurants around. It was only a short walk to the old town and tourist spots.

We were moved to this place all of a sudden. The surrounding area is creepy. The place is very big, but a bit too cold. The door downstairs could be easily opened.

Good location, possibly a little far for those less mobile, but fine for us. Modern, clean place. Good size with everything you need if you wanted to cook etc.

Drain in second bathroom didnt seem to work so ended up only really using one. Not an issue but would be annoying for more than two people.

The apartment is very close to the centre, by walking 10 minutes. The apartment had very good equipment.

All was ready.
