IBIS Your Cosy Oasis With Private Parking and Patio

Lovely apartment, tucked away but near the beach. We booked this because of the free parking space and this was, indeed, wonderful. We have a large Hyundai Tuscon and it fitted with plenty of room to spare. Apartment also lovely! Kitchenette area is small but has what you need. Washing machine is very useful. No dryer, but outside there is a laundry rack so things dry quickly. Small toilet and shower room is accessed through the bedroom - looks like it's been done recently so all very new and lovely. Little patio is lovely for breakfast!

Aircon was in living room so you needed to keep the door to the bedroom open if you wanted the benefit. No problems for us though. Having air-con at all is a big plus!

Great proximity to the Diocletians palace and Riva. Great to have a private parking space. Host is so lovely. Really great to get to off the highway, we were nervous, but it was a breeze. Close beaches and eateries. Very very clean and the comfiest bed we have slept on during our Euro adventure. Would definitely stay here again. Outside area lovely for morning coffee or evening drink, felt very private.

Comfortable, clean, good location and the owner left some nice treats in the fridge for us. Would certainly book again. The owner was very responsive and checked to see we were happy with things.

Excellent apartment in a good location. The Riva can be reached in approximately 10 minutes of easy walking. The great advantage of the apartment is the private parking. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, from dishes in the kitchen, all spices, detergents, washing machine, etc. The owner was very friendly and accommodating when arriving and leaving the apartment. I sincerely recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Split.
