Apartment Sea Villa 5

From the first minutes, we were impressed by the apartment. It's spacious, modern, and spotless. The outside terrace is perfect for the rest after sunny days. The host is very helpful and sent over many recommendations. Our favorite Znjan beach is 15 minutes away on foot. The best experience, totally recommend it and hope to come back in the future.

Luxurious flat finished to a high spec. Nice garden terrace. In a quiet location. Very convenient underground secure parking. Large TV, and some nibbles provided on arrival by owner. Owner helpful throughout. Walking distance to a small beach, and close to supermarket.

Lovely shower but tray quickly overflowed as drainage not great. Not too much in walking distance but bus stop nearby and Uber taxi are cheap. Check apartment block number as booking.com quote the wrong number..

The location is absolutely amazing. At first we were not sure, as it is a little further from the city centre, but Uber/Bolt are not expensive in Split (specially if you are 2+ people) & the bus station is just next to the apartment. The beach right down the street is one of the best in town (trust us, we checked). It's very convenient for those who do not have special swimming shoes or just those who really want to swim (as it has a little platform, from which you jump right into the water). It also has a walk-in into the water too. :) If you want, you can always take a little walk along the road (around 1 km) and you will reach another amazing beach, Znjan, which is more busy but absolutely breathtaking. The host was absolutely helpful, always answered all the questions and we even got some welcome snacks and drinks, which was super sweet, thank you! The apartment itself is VERY modern, comfortable and tidy. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen (all the pans and pots you would need), great stove and oven if you'd like to cook. The host and the apartment itself made our vacation even better! A little tip if you are staying here and taking taxis - put your location as Hotel Zagreb (the hotel by the apartment) when you come back home, this way the drivers will find it easier.

The apartment was very modern and cozy. What's more - the building is well built, so it's not very hot inside during the day. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. There is a small supermarket nearby.

Nothing to say about the property and the service. One thing to mention, though, is that you would need a car there, because it's hard to reach a good beach and restaurants from there by walk.
