Blaumana Residence Apartment in Riga center

Great location, easy access, hosts were very nice and helpful, everything that we needed was there. As the apartment was in the inner part of the block, the street noise were not distracting.

It‘s cozy and walking distance from old town. Plenty restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The shopping mall with grocery it few steps away.

Beautiful place, perfect location, couldn't be better…

The location of the apartment is great. It is close to the supermarket ( just 30 meters), beautiful parks and good restaurants. Self check-in is easy and all the instructions given by owner are clear. The apartment was very clean and all the necessary things were there including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. Bed and sofa are comfy. The owner reacted very quickly when we needed something.

We are a family of 3 with an active 7 y.o. child and the place felt small for us. Another disadvantage of the place is the view. The apartment is on the 1st floor and its windows overlook the walls of 3 other 6-7 floors buildings. So, the place is always dark and does not get any sunlight. You cannot figure out if it is sunny or cloudy outside. If you are there for 2-3 days,it's okay, but we stayed there for 2 weeks and felt uncomfy about that. The building is built in such a way that the lift goes from the ground to the 2nd floor, but not to the 1st one, so we had to carry our suitcases up the srairs and that was not the best experience.
