The host was kind, nice and easy to arrange. His place is extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone.

the apartment is well equipped, the building is well maintained, it was a good location for us because we really needed that part of the city, it's easy to get to.

I don't know when was the last time someone really cleaned the apartment. Unexpected for such an equipped apartment, dust under the bed, dirty oven, dirty plate, kitchen elements in general are not clean, old towels, one bed creaks and the mattress is falling apart. Cleanliness is a priority in the apartment and it completely spoils the impression of an otherwise nicely furnished and spacious apartment. Too bad. I hope the owner will do something about the cleanliness and tidiness.

The apartment was fully equipped, two bathrooms were a great bonus. The apartment is large and spacious, the elevator in the block was a great convenience, and there is a free parking space in front of the block. It was close to the center, literally 15-20 minutes walk. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Split in comfortable conditions and not spend a fortune.
