Gertrude's design apatment

The WIFI didn’t work at all. I asked the host to reset the router, she replied she would do it in a couple of hours, nothing was done about it. After that I never heard back from her. The worst thing is that also 4G/5G coverage was very low in the apartment. I had to go outside the apartment to be able to make a simple Whatsapp call. The apartment was unclean, very dusty floor, smelly bed linens. The curtain is not closing properly. When I checked out, I sent my feedback and concerns to the host, 2 days passed, no reply was received. This just shows the attitude. Would I recommend this apartment? Absolutely not. Also, the area is not safe, I stayed only 1 night and saw several homeless and drunk people just around the corner, drinking alcohol on the street 10m from the main entrance during the daytime. Disappointing.

The bathroom looks great. There was soap and shower gel at the property, also, dishwashing liquid. Towels were provided. As well as kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, pan. The location was great. Right next to a music studio.

1. The bed. I usually do not write bad reviews. But the most horrific bed, that made my back hurt and woke my partner every time i moved, changed my mind. I dont know where you found this mattress, but get a new one! And you need to oil those springs. And hide that side hook. I used sock to not stab myself when i got out of the bed. Oh, and there are no big pillows to sit back in bed. The pillows that you sleep on were very small. Could really use some big couch ones to hide 30 cm hole between mattress and the back pannel. 2. The property itself looks clean at first glance, but they do not clean under the bed (that retracts, i remind you) or under the sofa. 3. The bathroom may look cool in photos. But they made it improperly. And each time you take a shower, the floor under the toilet bowl becomes wet. They put a PLUSH carpet there. It became wet after the first use and would not dry out. Suggestion:get a rubber mat. 4. THE BATROOM HAS NO DOOR!!! Just a curtain. So it's pretty cold to get out of the shower. 5. The smell. I do not know if it's your fault. But there was a cat urine smell at the property. It may come from the outside, but who knows. 6. The property is cold in general. 7. For what you provide, this is a low hostel level. 20 euro max. €160 wasted. Instead of relaxation, I got frustrated and pain in my back.

The apartment had heating floor in the bathroom, that was good. The water pressure was good.

The internet was extremely bad. The apartment was not cleaned - the sinks were diety, the dishes were not washed. The floor was not cleaned. I stayed there in winter - the apartment was very very cold.
