Apartments KIKASO - Near Mall of Split, free parking

Communication with the host was excellent, and he left the keys at the agreed-upon location. We traveled a long way and arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled, but that wasn't a problem for him. Since the temperatures were very high, we were pleased to have air conditioning and cold water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer, for which we were very grateful. The apartment was perfect for three people. It wasn't large, but it had everything we needed. We mostly ate out, but we prepared meals in the apartment, and all the necessary equipment was provided. The location is a bit far from the center of Split but very close to a large shopping center. In our case, it also offered easy access to the highway, which we used to travel to a different town every day. Initially, the entrance to the parking lot from the courtyard was surprising – it was very narrow, but over time, we came to appreciate the space, as most such streets are very narrow and someone could easily damage your car if left on the road. The parking lot, hidden from the road, was also safe, and no one damaged our car. A plus was that we had a fixed assigned parking space; we didn't have to jostle for a spot.

- fully equipped kitchen, nice touch from the owner to bring some snacks and water to fridge - dedicated parking slot in front of the building - good water pressure in shower - close to public transport stop (bus to old town within 12 minutes and 1eur) - nearby is a huge mall, everything you may need could be bought within 10 minutes

- complimenting another review, air conditioning in living room doesn't necessarily reach bedroom - of course, you could make it to lower temperature but then the guest on the couch will freeze out - maybe a fan would be useful to get

The location was very close to the mall of split - very handy The host was helpful, friendly, let us check out an hour later, and ready to answer any questions The property was comfy, incredibly well equipped and modern with a nice smart TV The property had all sanitary products and utensils etc

We enjoyed our stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Split. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Mall of Split and other local amenities. The apartment was clean and had a designated parking spot, which was very convenient. Finding the apartment was confusing using Google Maps, but the host guided us to the apartment on the phone. There’s a small balcony, which fits 2 people for a morning coffee. While the apartment is well-equipped and cozy, it may feel a bit tight for a family of three, especially for longer stays. Still, it worked well for us for a short visit. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great option for couples or small families visiting Split!

The apartment is on the 3rd level with no elevator.
