Fancy private student's rooms- late check out

The place is in a good location; the room is nice and the facilities in the house was sufficient. There was a kitchen with a sitting area (although we didn't use it); the toilet and the bathroom. The place owner sent us detailed message with pictures about how to enter to the place and kept us informed with messages throughout our stay. We were staying in a room; there were two other rooms in the house; which were full; but the other guests were also quiet and we didn't see them at all during our stay.

We liked everything about this place; just two minor things; the bathroom cabin is a bit small for tall people like us. The other is that the room window opens to a yard; which is surrounded by other buildings; and when people were speaking and rolling their suitcases in the yard; the noise were becoming very high as they echoed on the walls.

The room looked nice enough, was big enough and the location was pretty good.

No sound insulation, you could hear literally everything from the hallway, the bathroom smelled of mold and the mattres was very thin. Also, no blackout blinds.

Poor organisation of passing on the keys meant that I had to deal with aggressive banging on the doors and rocks being thrown at my window by guests who could not get in to the accommodation. What is more, the landlord was asking for additional payment that was not included in the description.
